Healthcare Value Leaders Network

The purpose of the Network is to create a deeper understanding of the lean transformation journey for member companies through deep dive shared learning experiences. This collaboration is expected to accelerate each member organization's continuous improvement efforts and ensure higher levels of sustainability.

Organizations must apply for membership in future networks. Networks will be comprised of 10-14 committed healthcare organizations. This is the optimal size for deep dive learning and networking, and is based on other proven models of learning networks.

An evaluation process will be conducted by LEI and ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value staff including a review of the Network Application and a phone call or possible on-site gemba visit to understand each organization's level of commitment to transformation.
